Masseuse was very professional.
The atmosphere was inviting and warm. The therapists that saw my partner and I were very prompt in delivering service and checked in with us throughout the experience to make sure we were relaxed and enjoying it. They also offered us drinks afterwards and gave us instructions for care immediately following the massage. We will definitely be back! This was my first ever massage and I believe Kume knocked it out of the park!

Great value and excellent therapists—strong pressure, very precise and thorough. The one thing is the oil has been rancid smelling the last few times so I’ve had to shower immediately afterwards because it smells bad. But I’ve had many diff massage therapists there, male and female, and all have been excellent
Kume is clean and consistent. My therapist had an appointment that ran over, and the front desk staff were so kind. They added enhancements to my treatment as an acknowledgement. Those little touches and kindness make the world of difference these days.

Everything was peaceful and clean and restorative. My body scrub was incredible. I love coming in from Alameda and it is always worth the trip. I came in the earlier part of the morning and had the place practically to myself. The person who did my scrub also came down to make sure I took advantage of all of the other amenities in the right order and got the maximum benefit. Thank you.

Ken was warm and kind, very skilled. I believe he noticed how tight my trapezious muscles were very tight so he grabbed a neck warmer. I appreciate those small details that therapists at Kume spa do that make for a high quality experience.

Kume Spa is an experience everyone should have. Start with a Foot Massage, then enjoy a Full Body Massage. Finish the afternoon with a Table Scrub Bath, which rejuvenates the skin. It's an amazing feeling when you are done.
