I came in to my massage with some KNOTS and the guy who massaged me definitely made it his personal mission to get those out. It was amazing. I do wish he had checked in about the pressure and if things were okay from time to time. But it was a very enjoyable experience.
Ben was very good - zeroed in on my muscular issues right away and applied the firm pressure I like.
Kume has a great overall spa experience, while also keeping things efficient and a really affordable price point. I love their tea for while you wait to start, and then both the common room for chair massage and the private rooms are clean and peaceful. I've worked with many great technicians there over the years, they are able to communicate and take feedback and know what they're doing. I actually prefer chair massage most of the time because it's easier to get at the tension on the tops of my shoulders, and it's more unique that Kume specializes in this versus table massage. Happy customer for many years and highly recommend.

After having a brief communication problem concerning a service problem, management responded as they had in the past before COVID and resolved my concern to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Kurme Spa to friends. Paul, Tina and Jeff are just three of the fabulous massage therapists I would highly recommend. Management and staff are responsive to concerns when clients mess up the type of service they want and do everything in their power to accommodate the client.

Excellent massage experience! I always get a good massage here, but this time I felt extra cared for. My therapist intuitively understands where my body can use some extra time to rid me of tight and knotted muscles. It was relaxing, rejuvenating, and I feel I am in better health after receiving my care here. I can't say enough about the benefits of your reflexology foot massages!
