The staff at Kume are all great - from the reception experience to the massage itself, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the team all works together to make sure you have a great experience. I've gotten a variety of treatments and am a frequent customer and I'm always highly satisfied with the service I receive. The prices are also very affordable which I really appreciate.

I am now a member and all your guys really rock! I was there recently and had a massage/foot combo. It was so relaxing and his technique was really good. The tightness in my neck and shoulders disappeared

Thank you! We had an amazing time. I made a reservation for 8 moms to celebrate a birthday. It was a surprisingly easy process and we came in for 45 min reflexology appointments. We were greeted right away, checked in and welcomed to a large room with ten or so large arm chairs. My massage therapist was Joe and he was great. Firm pressure that was spot on. Check out was easy as well. Thanks a wonderful time!
Although we did not receive women, masseuses, as we asked for, we were accommodated and given a percentage off for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that.

It's a beautiful space with terrific practitioners.
I totally enjoyed my experience, but by it being my first time, I would have liked to know what to expect, and she needs to use more towels on the table, its a bit difficult to turn on a slippery table properly and not think abt falling off....
Good reflexology massage. It would have been nice if some calm soothing music were playing in the background in the room.
Tina has good personality. She knows what she is doing and she does it very well!!!!
Very nice atmosphere in lobby as you enter, great retail items, lots of spa service choices that weren’t outrageously priced. There was a scheduling snaffau that the staff was able to remedy and I was able to receive the services I scheduled. My masseuse was great as well as the person doing my body scrub. I will definitely be back.
I really love that I didn't feel rushed or impersonal. I felt that Charley was very thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and trying some of the other treatments. I've always had a very good experience with every treatment. Thanks

Front desk staff is lovely and the massage therapists are professional. When I say "hard" pressure, they actually dig deep. The atmosphere transports me to somewhere far away from Oakland.

Ease of scheduling
I had a great experience at Kume, all the staff were friendly, inviting, and accommodating. I really could not have asked for a better time. I was insanely relaxed and felt very cared for. I went for a massage but I’ll have to come back to see the rest of what they offer.
Bottom line -- a great full-body massage.

The massage felt really good! Worked out a lot of knots in my back and made me realize my lower legs and arms needed more work. Very good touch!
