LOVE your reception staff, especially Jenna and Cameron -- they are top notch! Services are always wonderful and your space is always clean. Just one small request: Please apply some Tri-Flo to the massage therapists' rolling chairs. When I finally slip into a blissful state courtesy of the quiet, relaxing oasis you've created, it's really jolting when someone sits/rolls on one of those chairs and there's a loud metallic squeak. The massage therapists shouldn't have to worry about making noise when they adjust their position. Thank you for always considering client feedback and making improvements to your already outstanding service!

As always, the staff at the front desk makes waiting for service the beginning of a relaxing treatment. The massage was beyond heavenly and I really wanted to curl in and just sleep for another hour. I floated out on rejuvenated feet, so grateful. So professional and lovely that I am thrilled to have this back in my self care routine.

First, I love working with Tina, she is a well-trained talented massage therapist. I love the tea--its one of my favorite things about coming to Kume, the quiet, space. It is clean, I always feel the place is well-taken care of.

The customer service is great, very friendly. My masseuse was good, but I thought it could have been longer, since we waited 10 min for her to start, which took 10 minutes off my massage. Anyway, it was a good experience, overall.

I enjoyed my first visit at Kume Spa! Everyone that I encountered was kind and welcoming. from the front desk to the lady that did the scrub. The one thing that I noticed was that the private individual rooms for the sauna and scrub. And the lady that did my coconut scrub did an awesome job, my skin still feels so soft. Please tell her thank you!!! Will definitely be back to try a massage also next time. Thank you!!!
