I have come to the spa multiple times.. Always a great experience!! The receptionists are always so helpful and friendly and the spa associates as well are very professional and courteous and attentive to your specific needs and how much pressure you do or do not want.Lovely waiting area with tea and water to get your mindset ready for your experience.

The overall experience was great. It would be nice to have someone, like a hostess that offer drinks and talks about the overall process as a new customer. I grabbed some water but I wasn't sure if I can get a tea for example. The reflexology and massage were amazing. Antony is very skilled. The scrub was ok. I liked it, but it isn't really as deep as the Korean style ones. Would be nice if the therapist asks the level of pressure desired and is able to give a real Korean scrub if someone asks for it (maybe someone should visit a Korean Spa to feel the difference). The scrub cream (if actually used) wasn't feeling rough. Overall I think better communication would give a more pleasant and trustful experience.

Well, i am usually happy but I got a different masseuse than I had signed up for. She is good but was confused on my combo package thinking i only had a one hour. She did make up for it but it left for a not so relaxing massage
