Warm, inviting, relaxing & refreshing
This is the 2nd time I've come to Kume and I love it there. Great service, great environment, I will be back again.
Nice relaxing atmosphere. The front reception area is well designed and aesthetically pleasing. Massage areas are minimalist and clean. There is almost always a large array of therapists to choose from with same or next-day availability. The website interface is easy to navigate and is well designed in that it stores your appointment history, allows you to note preferred therapists, and covers both Kume Spa sites. The membership fee structure makes for clear and competitive pricing. The membership also provides nice perks. The reception staff is pleasant, attentive, and professional.
My only suggested improvement would be the addition of a modest (2-3 person capacity) non-gendered powder room with a mirror. After my massage, I always need to put my contact lenses back in my eyes, comb my hair a bit, and apply some makeup but I feel self-conscious monopolizing one of the two bathroom facilities too long so I normally end up throwing my hood over my head and rushing to my car. This is a small critique to what is otherwise a wonderful experience.
I like the therapists and that there is a lot of availability with appointment times. I miss Winnie though.
I had a fabulous foot massage and head and neck. Felt very relaxed.

Great experience as usual. Tim is the greatest massage therapist there at Kume. Time is a master of his craft and is able to provide healing services with absolute intention. The front desk staff were very helpful and attuned to customer needs. They also managed the customer flow quite well. They remembered client names, remembered the services/costs that were being done, and overall had a high level of professionalism. - Dr. Grayson

I like everything about Kume from the moment I walk in. Peaceful. Pampered. The basic one hour service is great. And as my mom said ‘ it’s a massage without having to take your clothes off’ - or having to put them on afterward.
