After waiting 9 months to return to Kume after the start of the pandemic I was worried about how I would feel being in close contact with someone outside of my bubble. I needn't have worried. The front office staff was so kind and comforting when they told me about all of the precautions they were taking to protect their staff and their customers. As always, Joe was absolutely wonderful. I brought a friend with me and she was blown away by the massage. Kume, you now have two super fans!
I loved it in every way
The technician and staff were friendly and professional, and I enjoyed the treatment. However, I believe my treatment was cut a little shorter than the 30-minute foot massage that I paid for.
Other than that, thumbs up!

I would have liked to fill a chart so he would have know my sore spots. My masseuse never asked me either. Overall, he was really good as he worked on my tight muscles. The last 10 minutes out of the 1 1/2 hour he worked on the rest of my body. A bit unbalanced but nevertheless he was good.
