I have enjoyed Kume now for several years and I have referred quite a few people. I do not like the new online registration system you recently introduced. It was so simple and easy to request an appointment and now it is cumbersome and confusing. Plus I am in a book club with multiple people and we come together for an appointment prior to our meetings and I am not even sure I could request an appointment for 4-5 people using the online process you have now. So I will be calling for an appointment from now on.

The Korean Scrub was wonderful! Kelly did a masterful job of sloughing off all the old skin cells....I felt sparkling new.

It's very convenient and easy to set up appointments most of the time. My usual massage therapist, Joe, is excellent. The foot bath formula is also very nice.

I had the Korean scrap with Kelly. I’ve had this before and I found it very beneficial to my skin. I would say it’s the most enjoyable treatment but it’s interesting and is helpful. Kelly was very good.
