I have been a customer of Northwest Exterminating for well over 40 years and am very pleased with the professionalism of their office employees and technicians. I first used them just for termite protection after my previous service allowed termites to destroy more than half of my floor joists and almost half of my inside walls. Their inspector came out and reported that he
saw nothing to be concerned about, but two weeks later a friend was visiting and discovered what he diagnosed as termite tunnels. I called Northwest and they sent someone out the next day and and he verified what my friend had suspected. They gave me the price to install the bait stations and treat the entire house and after having over $4000 in damage repaired, I signed the contract and have had NO problem with their coverage. I currently reside in a guest house I had built on my acreage and currently have the green elite plus coverage, and termite stations around it as well as the main house on which I have the green elite pest control and termite stations. They have always notified me when they were coming to check my locations and have been considerate and friendly while on my property. Recently, my pest control technician discovered another yellow jacket nest in my crawl space & they have already treated and later removed it. I have nothing but praise for the company & its workers
