Very Pleased with the Tech: Joseph Murray. He is friendly, helpful, and does excellent job. He does quarterly monthly treatments as well as yearly termite treatments. He prints Work Order and accepts payments, takes to their local office. This is helpful for me since takes some time for payments mailed in to clear my accounts.

Joe is fantastic. He is always very thorough, flexible around our schedule, and is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I don’t ordinarily get excited about the exterminator showing up, but I actually look forward to seeing Joe whenever we have services scheduled.

Bob was personable, explained what the service covered and he’d be doing. Made recommendations as to what we could do. Was thorough. After I had turned all the lights on and opened doors for him to access our home he turned off the lights and closed the doors without me asking so I did have to.
