Our Tech Shane is efficient and knowledgeable on questions we have, He is always nice, polite, and respectful. He also makes sure the bait boxes are checked and refilled. He always asked if we have a concern about the service or pest.

The technician is very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
Rhett is always amazing and thorough. He had to come on a second visit to complete the inspection for the initial person. My only suggestion is to ensure you travel with your ladders for 2 to 3 floor dwellings/homes to ensure a thorough inspection is conducted for Wild Life policies. You can NOT see clearly from ground level when roof lines are that high, and segmented. Also it is an inconvenience when customers have to do call backs. Pls just bear that in mind. The great thing is that the hospitality and professionalism is always top notch/incredible!
