I have been a customer for many years and I appreciate the fine service that you have given me. We have green elite, mosquito service, inside and outside exterminating service. If I have a problem in any area, you are quick to correct that problem. The service reps. are high quality, each time I get a new one, I think he can't be as good as the last one, but he is. Mark is top quality, caring, exacting in each area and caring about the home he is servicing. Mark is above a 10.

Paul, our service technician, is always through when applying the applications around our house.

I always get a notification before they come. I've been using them for years and have continually had the same service technician that is familiar with my house, and what I like to be done. Lastly, whenever I call to make a payment, I get to speak to a person and I don't have to wait on hold.

Audrey always calls to let me know she is on her way to my house. After treating all areas, Audrey reports to me what she did/saw and any concerns.

Notify us when to expect service, etc. Our service tech has solved some bug issues, especially spider! that are probably not an issue with most homes due to our barn dominium style of life.
