I appreciate the professional employees. The office staff in LaGrange always notifies me when Chad will service our home. She leaves both a text message and voice mail and is very pleasant. Chad is great!!! Yesterday he came to do our mosquito service and he also noticed some wasp nets and ant mounds and took care of those without even mentioning it. He also calls to let me know when he is on his way. Extremely professional in all ways!

My husband and I are disabled, and when Bobby comes every month, he always texts us in advance to let us know he is coming, reschedule if necessary, and to ask if we need anything. He is coming tomorrow and plans to spray our garage and remove a large wasps nest for us. Bobby goes above and beyond to knock down all the bugs, spiders & webs from our 3 porch ceilings and walls. I just wanted to the take time to express to Northwest that “Bobby is the Best”!!! Thank You So Much :-), Cindy
