Very convenient, professional service and priced right
Great haircut.
Quick and easy
Make the chairs and sinks more friendly to people over 6’ tall. I’m 6’3” and always have back and neck pain after leaving, because NOTHING fits.
Staff is always friendly, online booking is a true value add, and I like the hair products offered.
Went from 10+ inches on top of my head to 2ish. Extremely upset. I asked to take a quarter and they took 75%
Tu always does an amazing job, I am extremely pleased with her! I would recommend her to anyone I know and have. Your feedback "Listen 360" and whomever in your organization is tasked with responding has fallen down on the job however. 2 months ago I responded about getting my haircut and mentioned "thank god the hair grows back and it won't look like this forever" and got no response whatsoever. If that comment isn't enough to raise a flag to check on this customer, you need a different service or to check your algorithms for possible customer dissatisfaction. Is anything recorded here even considered and if not, why are you wasting the money and people's time to report on their experience?
I had Rachel and she fixed my sons hair cut that I had given him and really boosted his confidence! She was very sweet and kind and really took her time to get ot looking good!

Loved the head massage.
Should massage could be improved a bit, a bit harder and a few minutes longer.
Suggestions:
Add an option for a head oil massage. Use healthy hair oils that are good conditioners, can be good for growth and smell good. A good head/hair massage can be very relaxing.
A good shoulder massage can also be very relaxing, maybe just as short as 10 minutes.
Excellent experience! Keanna was wonderful, very fluid and professional cutting hair like it was second nature. I like scissor cut and she took that and just ran with it and did a wonderful job. The fact that she is a beautiful woman and engaged in pleasant conversation made the experience exceptional!
The stylist wasn’t very good and I know have to go else where to fix it

I have always gotten great haircuts at sports clips. Amy usually cuts mine, I have u#ed other stylist there and have always been pleased with the results

Free neck trim between full hair cuts is a great value. Stopped by yesterday and Stefani took such good care of me. Excellent cut along with friendly, professional service. Very patient with us older guys. Thank-you so much.
