As I've said before, I like the smallness of the Y. I only come to swim and I never have to share a lane. The Y is super clean and I feel safe there.
I've only been to the pool thus far, but that's why we joined. The pool is clean and well-staffed. I've been a Y member wherever we've lived, most recently Lowell, MA and before that Chicago, IL. The Y serves the community of Salem and provides activities for all age-groups and income levels.
The only negative (IMO) is the fee structure - I don't understand why a young adult membership is less than a senior adult membership (on a fixed income). I have to believe you know what you're doing though.
Lots of fun! Big smiles at the end of the day! Lots of stories. Staff are amazing!

I don't know. All I know is my kid likes it and seems to have fun.
My daughter says every day that she had a great day. She loves the councilors and they do a great job of keeping the kids busy and happy.

I like that the kids' days are full of activity and fun but it doesn't sound like they have to participate in anything they're not into. They love their counselors and also seem to get a lot of free play with the other kids.

I enjoy the different classes you offer and the space available. I would suggest having more bikes available for working out or opening the cycling studio for use when it isn’t being used for a class. One if the main reasons I go to the Y is to use those bikes. I would also recommend the Y because the staff is kind and the place is very clean.

Thea's been in a great mood after camp every day!
The staff are friendly and engaging. They make my transgender son feel welcome. The theatre program has been transformative for my son. He has found his spark thanks to Justin, Chris and Nicole.
Each group only got 1 day at the pool which seems quite silly with a brand new pool there that has hours and hours blocked off for campers. Our child also didn't even go to the beach 1 of the 4 weekdays so no swimming for 1/2 of the length of the camp is a bit concerning when the weather was gorgeous, hot, and the camp boasts of water play. Still our child loved the camp otherwise.
