The Y has so much to offer, between the equipment, pool and all of the classes they offer.

The Y has a plethora of classes and programs, and has been responsive to the changing needs of the members as far as demand for certain growing programs like pickleball. I enjoy weights, spin and strength training classes and pickleball there.
They have everything!

Great place for staying active in the community
I love the confidence I see in my kids after attending their first swimming classes, ever. I love how small the classes are, and how everyone is seen and challenged in new ways. Some weeks are similar, but most weeks Ive been able to see a mix of exercises. It is something the kids look forward to each week. And I feel more comfortable going into this summer knowing they've had some education about water safety.

I love that this is included with my membership and it gives my daughter a chance to engage with other toddlers around her age. I do wish that it had better attendance though. I almost wonder if it should be a drop-in versus a class. I believe the class is technically full, but there are usually only a couple of kids every week.
The variety
Swim lessons-teacher uses time well. She knows kids by name and gives direct instructions with their strokes. She uses all 45m for instruction
When subs are used, it seems it’s less instruction and more free time.
I love that there are so many age/ability groups to be sure I can find the right one for my child. I love the small group classes and knowing she is in good hands!
