It is a terrific facility with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is so refreshing to have a 21st century facility so close to home. It enhances the experience of living on Cape Ann.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The facility is spacious, clean and inviting. The other members are friendly and supportive.

What do you like about our program and activities?

We do the Saturday morning swim class with Kayla. She is amazing. She gets the kids out of their comfort zone, encourages them to try new things and builds their confidence. We haven’t always had the best experience Rusty the swim teachers there. But she is great.

Maddie is an absolute angel. She is really great at explaining the different activities to the little ones and has unmeasurable patience. My daughter has so much fun! Thank you to all that help to organize this for the kids!

We have only been able to attend 1 session so far (due to illness), but we found the staff to be friendly, attentive, and quick to assess the swimmer’s abilities/ needs & provide support as indicated.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

We were met with warmth and understanding. I just used the pool for the first time and I asked a lot of questions on the way and anyone who was around was delightful as they pointed to way. I went to get a drink and they too helped me to decide which drink and why. Yhanna coffin

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The Cape Ann is great! It is very clean and has friendly staff. My daughter loves the swimming pool and kids club and the school vacation program. Donna in Kids Club is so great with all the kids, she always has new projects for them every time we are there! Celia and Elizabeth are very welcoming every time we come in. The fitness floor is also very well run! I mentioned once to Cassie that they should have 15KG barbells for women and she purchased two! No other Y in the Northshore has women's bars.

Overall I am very happy with my membership at the Cape Ann Y and highly recommend to all my friends
