It's a terrific place:

Suggestions
1. write a more substantive survey that asks people what they do and don't like and now to improve the y.
2. TheY is getting too big for its facilities. Some classes are over subscribed crowding out those of us who lap swim for health
3. The free charging is a generous and impactful offering. However, there needs to be an enforceable time limit. Many people occupy spots for many hours, more than they are in the Y. Post a 2 hour parking and charging limit and figure out how to enforce it.

A well equipped, well run operation with multiple activities for adults and kids of all levels. Staff are super kind and responsive. Really a great asset to the Cape Ann community!

Gym offers variety of glasses facility very clean. Staff very helpful. E gym ease. Need more reclining bikes. They are very popular and sometimes a long wait to use one

What do you like about our program and activities?

I have two grandchildren in the Y's swim program...they are on their 3rd session and I do see them advancing in their swimming skills.
The only issue is the program is extremely expensive...there should be discounts for siblings...I am their grandmother and paying and each session is costing me close to $1000.00...

I like everything about working out at the Cape Ann Y. Great facility, nice staff, friendly vibe.
One suggestion - please put a box of kleenex in the first floor women's locker room! There is nothing but TP and scratchy paper towel.
