We are so lucky to have a state of the art exercise facility on Cape Ann, but what really makes my time at the Y appealing is the welcoming smiles from the staff and the easy camaraderie of the members. I always leave feeling refreshed in body and spirit.

Organized, clean, and top of the line equipment. Love the pool’s water treadmills and water bicycle. Can exercise in the water weightless!

What do you like about our program and activities?

Both of my children attend the YMCA after school program at their respective schools. They both enjoy going to these programs and really like their program leaders. They always seem to have fun and love being with their friends. Thank you!

- a lot of space to work out ( you are not on top of each other)
- very clean
- extremely friendly staff
- plenty of machines and equipment to use
- physical therapy on location
