Love this studio! It's the cleanest studio in the North Denver area. DeeAnn is amazing as are all the teachers. Laura (Wednesday @ noon) is a new teacher and she is AMAZING! I know they are working on it but I will be SO happy when we get hot water back!
I love most CP studios. Some can be dirtier or more run down, based on the age of the building or location. Louisville hits the marks in all areas. One of their rooms gets really hot, which I love. I'm sure it is really hard to balance heat/humidity in rooms in general.the locker room is clean. Although there are broken lockers, I never lock mine. Showers are clean too. I wish I didn't have to pay so much for a towel rental when I forget mine, but that may be my only complaint.

I really like this studio. I feel welcomed when I arrive. The classes can be individualized, and every teacher has their own style. This studio caters to all age groups and ability levels which I like very much. There is also a nice seating area away from the front door so if you need to wait for someone, there is a place to relax, wait or chat.
This was such a great class, and my husband and I really enjoyed the practice with Ryan!
Classes and instructors are great! I would love to have a 7:30 am sculpt added again during the week

I really like when the hot yoga classes are a little darker and calmer because I’m not very into high intensity workout classes with bright lights and fast music
