At my age, being a widower, and living alone, this is my family. I balanced working out on my own and with others. I mainly attend the classes or workout for health reasons. Second, I am more productive working out and meditate with the community. Instructors and fellow yogis are awesome and non-judgmental. Instructors are great in motivating with sense of humor and yet trying to push you beyond your limits. In the end, the whole class always bonded as we struggled and sweat together. Feeling accomplished with positive energy. Studio is always cleaned and loving the setup. To me, the heat is perfect for hot, sculpt, and C2s. Westminster is my main location. Broomfield East is also a good location because it is close to my band rehearsals. Thank you and I'll see you again.

The door to the studio is super loud when it closes. FYI. Otherwise, this is an amazing studio with fabulous instructors.
