Studio clean - knowledgeable, kind instructors
Very nice people and more welcoming than South Boulder
The warm & kind energy while I’m there 🥰
overall vibe and great instructors
Amanda has amazing energy, the room had the right heat and humidity, and the class had good energy overall. Definitely be back!
Corepower yoga has the best teachers around.
I think every instructor I have had has been very kind and encouraging! Great experience during my first week!
- it’s clean
- the teachers are good
-consistency across classes without being too repetitive
- good lighting
- sometimes the just cleaned mats are hung back up at the front, and so they are wet for class, so you end up sliding everywhere. Even trying to dry it with a towel isn’t hugely useful. I guess they need to air dry
- o know the humidifier was just repaired, but it’s still leaking; not a huge deal, but definitely not ideal either
great community, good vibes!
I will always love this studio and the teachers that give their time to all of us. In an ever-changing world, it’s so nice to have some of the same teachers from as far back as 2009 to provide some stability and calm.
It’s consistently excellent Nationwide!
Love the teachers, the variety of classes, the heated yoga...etc. Everyone is so welcoming and great at teaching! My favorite instructors are Alissa, Carey, Jenaka, and Kylie. All wonderful, and have an amazing variety in their sculpt classes.
CPY teachers are kind, welcoming, inclusive. They create a welcoming environment for all levels.
I really like when she explains the poses and what muscles to tighten, etc. And I like her repositioning me.
THE TEACHER WAS GREAT! THE YOGA ROOM AND FACILITIES ARE NICE.
Kindness of instructor, cleanliness of studio, easy parking

I think Laramie is an amazing teacher.
What I love most about my CorePower Yoga experience is the way it seamlessly combines movement, breath, and mindfulness in a powerful, transformative space. The teachers are incredible—grounded, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. There’s a sincere respect for the practice that you can feel in every class, and the energy of the space always leaves me feeling both grounded and elevated.
Yoga and breathwork have genuinely changed my life. They’ve been the foundation of my healing journey—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and have inspired me to launch my own holistic health and wellness platform. Through this path, I’ve reconnected with who I am at my core, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. CorePower has been such an important part of that journey, and I’m grateful for the community, the challenge, and the constant invitation to grow from the inside out.
Kayla, the instructor was very welcoming and made an effort to remember my name.
The class was challenging, but never felt rushed. Kayla did a great job at giving explicit instructions and describing modifications.
friendly, energetic atmosphere, highly skilled and creative instructors
Excellent classes. Friendly and professional
such a friendly, welcoming environment
I’m so grateful to be a part of this amazing community. The instructors are all incredible and the classes always provide just what I need. Very thankful!
I love the variety of classes. I love the staff at Louisville. They are a group of great teachers. They always give great modifications , adjustments and they really give great cues for alignment. Laura, Nicole and Heidi rock !
I love the diversity of staff that is hired at the studios I attend. The music they choose, the sequences they arrange, the love they provide, the soul lessons they give are all amazing!

I end up at the Flatirons studio mainly to take Anna's Saturday PM hot yoga class.
I usually have done some other activity before landing there, which means my practice is far more likely to be a difficult disaster than my typical routine. However, Anna has a light-heartedness that allows me to keep the endeavor in perspective. I like that about her style. This is not to say she lacks attention to the series' details. Not at all, she offers perspicacious instruction from which any newcomer and veteran can prosper. Excellent all around.
And given the odd incident from this past Saturday, it might be to CP's benefit to ensure greater attention to safety and security for all staff in those quiet, post-class times.
