CorePower at the South Boulder facility is awesome. Fantastic instructors and great vibe. In particular, Sara Lynn is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! She adds so much energy, enthusiasm, knowledge, thoughtfulness, fun, and challenge to every class she does. I love everything about her classes, including great playlists. Just curious, do your yoga instructors get paid more if they bring more people in? Her classes are FULL because she is so great. I think she should get a raise and huge kudos from CorePower. Truly, the best instructor I've ever had.
The only reason my score overall for CorePower South Boulder is a 9 instead of a 10 is the number of classes that are cancelled (not Sara Lynn). Not sure what the story is, but there are a lot that are cancelled which can be frustrating.
Other than that, love it!!!

Great part of yoga, of which CPY is fantastic at, is assisting those of us who aren’t in yoga shape and need to do a lot of modifications. The instructors are not only patient, but they help us get proper form and encourage different poses that allow guys like myself to feel like we’re working out and involved.
A great hot yoga class, with a very clear and helpful instructor, likely about 8 or 9 students, a good temperature-- not too hot, comfortable and the muscles stretched easily, and pleasant relatively quiet eastern music. THe instructor was involved, helping each of us, as needed, to modify the poses to our own levels. A great class!
