Student Testimonials
2 separate yoga rooms, great instructors, many different classes.
Because of the crew at CorePower FTC, I have fully leaned into my yoga girl era, and I'm a better person for it (just ask my coworkers, loved ones... you know). It's been a little over a year, 160-ish classes, and I'm still so excited to show up + practice.
I love many things about my corepower experience... the teachers, the community, the workouts.
My one complaint is that room #2 can get so hot and humid lately that I tend to avoid C2 classes that are booked in there, as I sometimes feel like I'm going to pass out.
Wonderful class, thank you!
Really nice instructors and staff, and they know me in class. Love that. So personal.
This place is a tiny oasis in the mayhem of suburban architecture and excess. Surrounded by bad food choices, tasteless entertainment options, and mountains of concrete, it's a welcoming respite.
Welcoming in large part because of the people who work there. Considerate, kind, and respectful, this applies to Anna and Megan, who are the two main reasons I attend Flatirons classes. Since Amanda at Westminster is opting out of teaching Sunday mornings, perhaps Anna or Megan can maneuver into that 9 AM timeslot.
Finally, Flatirons is always clean, always attended to.
It cannot be simple or straightforward to have this studio running as well as it does.
I notice that when issues arise, water leaks, endless routing of salt inside during these winter days, blown light bulbs, general cleaning, even the unreliable heating/humidifying systems, they are addressed quickly and satisfactorily.
Re: in-class instruction, it ranges from super competent to instructive and enlightening. The new schedule appeals to my interests, and its teachers are a breadth of fresh air. I advocate for more of the same, although CP would never agree to what I find most valuable.
Given the volume of daily traffic through this studio, it's a testament to the manager for the continued cleanliness and orderliness of the operation. It's a demanding routine, and it's an impressive effort.
I can be an authoritative SOB when the opportunity warrants, and if I were in charge I would impress upon the male practitioners to take their shoes off at the door. If I'm barefoot, I'm not interested in walking around in what others walk around in outside the studio. That's inconsiderate and disrespectful, and it adds to a dirtier studio/changing room, especially during messy winter days.
For the classes I attend, my fellow cohort is overwhelming kind and accommodating. Amazingly helpful and friendly. However, since my classes are elementary classes, occasionally a few people enter whose practices counter most of the tenets of a hot yoga class. I hope for greater monitoring of these examples, yet I realize the pay CP offers does not encourage any of this kind of oversight.
Teachers, hot and humid rooms, community vibe is relaxed. The teachers are great quality at the Louisville studio!
The availability of classes, the instructors are amazing
The teacher was awesome! She was good at timing and demonstrating the next moves to keep the flow of class and the workout. The class was physically challenging, but not too hard. The facility was clean and provided everything necessary from locker rooms, cleaning supplies and water bottle station.
The facility was very clean and community was so welcoming. The class with Lo was definitely worth the traffic getting there :).
Theresa was AMAZING!
The instructor Alex Young had such Amazing energy. Great delivery and awesome play list.
I love the sky lights in the studio . It was a beautiful day and I felt like I was in nature getting an amazing class in. .
There are many excellent yoga teachers and classes available!
Every class is awesome. Love all the instructors. The Louisville Studio is a special place!
Instructor for this class was very good, professional and knowledgeable. However the last class I rook at this studio back when I was in town in 2024 was not very good. Very different experience between the two classes.
The teachers and community are so inspiring.
The Sunday hot yoga flow was amazing. I felt so much energy in the room and after. I will return.
I love the Yoga Sculpt class- its seriously the best workout class I have ever taken & leaves me feeling so at peace.
Classes are well taught by experienced and dedicated instructors. Instructors are skilled at making the classes both a mental break and mindfull and a physical challenge. Then they add joyfullness and community feeling, it is a blast.
In addition, classes are well organized, they start and end in time.
Every class is a joy. All the instructors have their own special flare. They are all so encouraging and inspiring. I am so grateful 🙏 for Core Power EVERY day! Thanks for all that you do for me, my husband, my friends and community.
The coaches are amazing.

The teacher was very good. I wasn’t sure what level this was as it was scheduled as a “ community” class. I am guessing level 2. I sure got a good work out from a knowledgeable instructor. It was my first visit to corepower. I will be back.
Great teachers at CPY North Boulder. Whenever I’m in town, I look forward to taking a class here. Sculpt with Sam was challenging, rewarding and fun! I’ll be back soon!
Had a great time and the class was fun and hard
Rachel is the best! She is amazing!
Absolutely love the teacher I go to - monica. She makes things fun and her passion makes us passionate as well!

Felt so good after the class! First C1 class and definitely not the last.
