I attended a Wednesday hot yoga class led by the incomparable Nicole a few days after Christmas 2023. I have been injured for months and have not practiced at all. Given all the postures and poses I cannot do at this time, I noticed Nicole's very particular and precise cueing and tempo during class. The tone was positive and upbeat. She was attentive to every kind of student throughout, with over a dozen people of all abilities in class. It was a wonderful experience, and I feel fortunate to have Nicole as a guide in my yoga journey. On top of all this, I also noticed her music: an old Talk Talk song, a Kings of Leon cut, followed by a newer Spoon song toward the end of class, and if I'm correct an older Moby song to end the hour. What a delight. I am one privileged guy.

We decided to join a last minute class in December 25th. Emelie was so nice and efficient checking us in, and she was very encouraging since we had a person new to yoga. It was an excellent class, Emelie is a fantastic teacher.
Class was fine. Drop in is very expensive. Would not do that again

Great studio always warm and welcoming! Love the management and all the staff. Clean studio and locker rooms, has all the things you need to get a great yoga experience.
We lived our instructor Jenaka!! She is an awesome yoga instructor. Her class was a challenging well constructed flow with excellent instruction and plenty of modifications. Jenaka even remembered and gave a shout out to my guest!

Ellie is an angel!! She is one of the best yoga instructors that I’ve ever had, I can tell that she grew up in it. She’s balanced, and considerate. She is bright and charming, and she holds space for everyone no matter what there size, shape, or age. She’s why I go to Flatirons.
