The loveliest studio space. Skylights and worn wood floors, intimate and an amazing cadre of teachers. The only thing people need to know is that the parking out front requires a fee, so plan on extra time to pay for that or park a block away.

Maggie did an excellent for her first class teaching. She did a great job controlling the temperature. Her voice was loud and clear from someone who sometimes have trouble hearing some teachers. Very good ques on on positioning.
Hot yoga
I was visiting CO this week and decided to try CorePower. The friendly knowledgeable instructors and heated classes were just what I needed in the subzero temperature! 😃

I went to one class, but it helped me figure out that hot yoga isn't my long term comfort zone. The instructor was great, clear, encouraging, and thoughtful.

The instructors are amazing! they are always encouraging, positive, pushing us to practice our best and test our inner power,-they pay attention to members abilities and guide on how to practice depending on own body’s capability- love the variety of yoga classes from sculpt to fusion and the community is respectful when sharing studio space -it is inclusive and offers you space where you feel a sense of belonging!
So many class options, good quality instructors/yoga. Very friendly, not in the least bit intimidating.

Corepower is fun and really beneficial. John, the instructor, is very knowledgeable and walks you thru everything step by step. The best part is he doesn't just tell you what to do, he tells you WHY you are doing it.
Given they hired me, I love everything about it! The people, the exercise, the connection.

First of all, I love Nicole. She can teach any class. I’ve been doing yoga for 30 years…I like a more quaint studio but am new to CO. But I like her CP2 class and her restore class.
Also love Mark and the energy and positivity he brings.
