What I love most about my CorePower Yoga experience is the way it seamlessly combines movement, breath, and mindfulness in a powerful, transformative space. The teachers are incredible—grounded, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. There’s a sincere respect for the practice that you can feel in every class, and the energy of the space always leaves me feeling both grounded and elevated.

Love the instructors! Would like more variety for the 4:30 pm time slot - not just yoga sculpt maybe a core power 2 every other day during the week at 4:30 like on Tuesdays and Thursdays

One thing I’d love to see from all CPY studios is a little more consistency and transparency about the heat and humidity. I attended what was listed as a Low Heat C2-something I’ve been asking for in the area. However, according to the gauge in the room, the room was 94° at the beginning and 96° for most of the class. Humidity was around 35%.
It’s hard once you’ve planned your day and driven to a class to find that the heat is just 3 degrees from a typical C2. Would love more Low Heat advanced asana options and would love to know what CPY means when it says “low heat”
