From the minute Zero Rez arrived, I was impressed by the mans knowledge and courtesy. I wish I could remember his name, because he was absolutely wonderful. He explained how he treated carpet stains, the water and waste treatment, and the fact that there would be very little residue left. My carpets are about 12 years old, some heavy traffic areas and stains. It was nothing short of miraculous when he was done. Stains were gone, no wet carpet odor, no stiff chemical residue, just a clean soft beautiful carpet. I absolutely love how my carpets looked when he finished. I would 100% recommend Zero Rez!

Your people are always very nice, professional and go about their job post haste. I have a dog that likes to pee in the house and every year it's the same spot that has to be clean and cleaned and cleaned. For a while after my carpet is cleaned, my house smells good.

I don't feel my carpet got cleaned as well as it has in the past.
I felt like the technicians were friendly and informative and they did a nice job cleaning the furniture. We opted for the additional scotchguard and it was several hours before people were home and around the area. Everything felt dry to the touch for sitting etc but there was a sticky residue all over my vinyl plank flooring. Several had foot prints on them even though the technicians wore booties. I wiped up the shoes prints assuming it was an isolated thing and proceeded to clean the floors. The sticky was everywhere. It took me 4 times of going over the floor to get them clean. Nice with clean water and microfiber. Once with pet swiffer which I always use and cleans super well but it made everything sudsy. Once with plain warm water and a towel in my hands and knees and once with a brush and a little dawn detergent and Clorox. It was really rough getting all of that off. The stuff just wouldnât come up. Now Iâm worried it got on the rug and the entryway runners and will be dirt magnets for those pet paws and my piano students. Having an autoimmune disease that affects my energy made it an exhausting experience and a frustrating future. Those entry rugs are brand new :( It wasnât as exciting to have clean furniture after that. :(

The appointment set up was excellent, the service technician was excellent, but the cleaning of the carpet was only fair to poor. Would not recommend this type of carpet cleaning.

I have dark streaks all over my carpet and a really clean line down the middle of my living room. I have been vacuuming but it doesn't seem to help. I would also like to double-check that they did the pet odor treatment. I didn't know what to expect from that treatment but my carpets don't seem to smell any different than they did before they were cleaned.
