Overall, I was mostly happy with the technician & his professionalism.
Why I didn't rate the service higher than a 7 was a couple of things:
1. There were some areas of the carpet that were left more wet than others ... like the technician forgot to go over those portions of the carpet with the final suction vacuum. I could understand these areas being more wet if they were problem stain areas, but they were not problem stain areas.
2. We scheduled our air ducts & cold air return registers for a cleaning. Because of the nature of the screen coverings on the cold air returns the technician was not able to remove the screen to get to the inside of the register. He was only able to access a 2 inch wide portion of one cold air return screen covering. The covering was dirty & he vacuumed that really small portion, but was not able to actually get the vacuum inside the cold air return, yet I was still charged $50.00 for this service. I should not have been charged $50.00 for a service that was not able to be completed properly. It literally took him 30 seconds to run his vacuum over the 2 inches of screen.
3. We had a rug that needed cleaning & the finished product looked like the technician had only cleaned the rug in certain areas & other areas looked like they had not been cleaned. This was the last thing the tech had to clean & I don't know if he was tired, but seems like he could have tried a little more to get the cleaning better on the rug. I didn't see this until after the tech had left.
4. We also had some problem areas that didn't look like they were any better after the cleaning & when I asked the tech about why they didn't look any better he said it could be from wear & tear on the carpet, which I can agree that it may be part of the problem, but he seemed reluctant to want to go over them again & said we could reschedule another appointment at a time in the future to try again.
In summary, I would choose ZEROREZ again & I would likely recommend them to others because they don't use products that would stick to the carpet that attract more dirt & because of the water they use to clean the carpets.

I like your people. Jared DeJong came back when it was discovered the truck vacuum was dying and had left too much water in the carpet. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with clean dry carpets. The water they use leaves no residue and is safe for my crawling granddaughter..

Arlin was thorough and professional in his carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was able get out difficult pet urine stains. This was our third time using Zerorez and they did a great job every time. We highly recommend them for future cleaning.

He added $20 more to the original bid for a piece of carpet 2 1/2‘ x 2 1/2‘ at the opening of two bathrooms. Could’ve been done in three swipes so it wasn’t worth 20 bucks.

Seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder. His name was Jared and he will never do another job for us. Additionally, I would never recommend him. I heard a lot about Zerorez but I am very disappointed in what you did for me.
