Your people are always very nice, professional and go about their job post haste. I have a dog that likes to pee in the house and every year it's the same spot that has to be clean and cleaned and cleaned. For a while after my carpet is cleaned, my house smells good.
Great guys. I feel the business processes/approach for the whole company are a little ‘nickel and dime-ish’ - but I really enjoyed our reps - great guys.
The two guys were kind and the cleaning looked great.
I don't feel my carpet got cleaned as well as it has in the past.
I felt like the technicians were friendly and informative and they did a nice job cleaning the furniture. We opted for the additional scotchguard and it was several hours before people were home and around the area. Everything felt dry to the touch for sitting etc but there was a sticky residue all over my vinyl plank flooring. Several had foot prints on them even though the technicians wore booties. I wiped up the shoes prints assuming it was an isolated thing and proceeded to clean the floors. The sticky was everywhere. It took me 4 times of going over the floor to get them clean. Nice with clean water and microfiber. Once with pet swiffer which I always use and cleans super well but it made everything sudsy. Once with plain warm water and a towel in my hands and knees and once with a brush and a little dawn detergent and Clorox. It was really rough getting all of that off. The stuff just wouldn’t come up. Now I’m worried it got on the rug and the entryway runners and will be dirt magnets for those pet paws and my piano students. Having an autoimmune disease that affects my energy made it an exhausting experience and a frustrating future. Those entry rugs are brand new :( It wasn’t as exciting to have clean furniture after that. :(

The appointment set up was excellent, the service technician was excellent, but the cleaning of the carpet was only fair to poor. Would not recommend this type of carpet cleaning.
We had a very difficult pet smell issue and the Zerorez technicians went above and beyond to solve the problem.

We are very happy with the clean carpets we now have. The service man was very professional and easy to work with. He knew his job and was quick but thorough.
We will definitely use Zerorez again when we need our carpets cleaned.

Overall, I was mostly happy with the technician & his professionalism.
Why I didn't rate the service higher than a 7 was a couple of things:
1. There were some areas of the carpet that were left more wet than others ... like the technician forgot to go over those portions of the carpet with the final suction vacuum. I could understand these areas being more wet if they were problem stain areas, but they were not problem stain areas.
2. We scheduled our air ducts & cold air return registers for a cleaning. Because of the nature of the screen coverings on the cold air returns the technician was not able to remove the screen to get to the inside of the register. He was only able to access a 2 inch wide portion of one cold air return screen covering. The covering was dirty & he vacuumed that really small portion, but was not able to actually get the vacuum inside the cold air return, yet I was still charged $50.00 for this service. I should not have been charged $50.00 for a service that was not able to be completed properly. It literally took him 30 seconds to run his vacuum over the 2 inches of screen.
3. We had a rug that needed cleaning & the finished product looked like the technician had only cleaned the rug in certain areas & other areas looked like they had not been cleaned. This was the last thing the tech had to clean & I don't know if he was tired, but seems like he could have tried a little more to get the cleaning better on the rug. I didn't see this until after the tech had left.
4. We also had some problem areas that didn't look like they were any better after the cleaning & when I asked the tech about why they didn't look any better he said it could be from wear & tear on the carpet, which I can agree that it may be part of the problem, but he seemed reluctant to want to go over them again & said we could reschedule another appointment at a time in the future to try again.
In summary, I would choose ZEROREZ again & I would likely recommend them to others because they don't use products that would stick to the carpet that attract more dirt & because of the water they use to clean the carpets.

One spot was accidentally missed and they came back two days later and redid almost the whole house. He went above and beyond. Carpet looks great!!
