I had Zerorez come in and clean my Elderly Aunt and Uncles carpets and chairs. My Aunt uses a walker and electric recliner so the the carpets w were in rough shape.
The tech not only got everything clean he helped get the bunched up carpet under my Aunts chair smoothed out.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was courteous but very thorough in explaining that which he was doing and what we needed to do. The carpets are clean and look and feel clean. We have already told others of the good experience we had with your company.

Tiffany was great, nice to see someone hustle and do a good job.
We had a leather couch, two chairs and two ottomans cleaned and there was still some sort of “residue” left on them. Also in the creases of the couch there were still crumbs and stuff. I had Zerorez clean my carpets and I was pretty impressed with the process. That’s why I had all the faith in the world that they would do a great job on my furniture. I’m sad and disappointed to say that was not the case.
