Zero Rez knows flooring and how to clean it. My technician is very knowledgeable concerning cleaning different types of flooring. Flooring has become so different and versatile, in order that damage isn't inflicted during a cleaning process, the cleaning company must stay up on chemicals or how to clean without chemicals. Knowledgeable!

You can start by issuing the credit to our account that you promised. You, I'm speaking of the Owner of this franchise can clean up the foul language and comments toward my wife. Not even close to professional.
Quick, clean and the technician was excellent. No mess afterwards and the carpets seemed clean.
The only negative thing was that we had a "Bubble" in the carpet after he left. I do not know if he caused the problem or not. I guess the carpet needs to be stretched again. Thanks

Service persons arrive on time, let you know when they are coming and if there is any problem concerning their arrival. Have had the service person explain in simple terms what services they have, what you have ordered and what they think you may needed in additional services (and why) and the prices.

1. You charged an additional $10 for a small bedroom closet. I think that is ridiculous; the closet is part of the room.
2. The carpet cleaner did not move the furniture because the base was metal/wood and could not be put back in place for 8 hours - I have never had an issue with this with any other carpet cleaner in all the 30 years I have been getting my carpets clean.
3. $15 environmental fee - that is for you to pay, not me.
Enjoy the $10 charge and the $15 fee because they have lost you my business.

I had an appointment between 8:30am and 11:00 pm and there was no communication that the tech was running late. It would have been nice to receive a call or even a text that let me know this information. The tech was nicely dressed and very pleasant. She did a great job.
