Justin was GREAT! He was knowledgeable and explained his process and the solutions he used on the carpet to remove all of the black stains throughout the office. Our office carpet looks and smells soooo much better! All of the staff were impressed and appreciated the way the office looked and smelled the next day. It is a noticable difference and we will be using Zerorez again for our carpet cleaning in the future.

Tanner was on time. He was very professional and very thorough. The porch and bathroom looked wonderful when he was finished.

Justin & Nick were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked clean. The carpets look great. My only complaint would be the smell of the carpet protector, I understand it’s a proprietary formula, it’s not a good smell, but it was pretty much gone by the next day.
