The agent Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and explained everything and got the job done. There were some oil spots left on the driveway from the van after agent left, not agents fault. We are very happy with his service and the way the cleaning came out!

The technician Nick was right on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Everything was dry later that day and all the stains were removed. He was personable and professional. It was my best carpet cleaning experience in 50 years.
