The end product leaves a bit to be desired. I understand my carpeting is older, however there are steaks in the carpet in some areas. These streaks appear to be dirt. I have pets and the deodorizer or what ever was extra was stayed in all 8 rooms and hallway. I am left unconvinced the process works as pet stains remain in a few areas.
I do not believe the end product was worth the $800 I spent.

Jimmy was on time, very friendly and super professional. He explained the process and what we should expect as results with such an old carpet. He offered to start right then, rather than having to wait another day to have it done. He did a great job and we are very happy with the results. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

HELLO THE MASTER BED ROOM CARPET WAS WET IN SPOTS ALL DAY WE HAD TO PUT A FAN ON IT !!!! THE CARPET WHEN DRY WAS NOT CLEANED LIKE THE LAST TIME HE TOOK ONLY ONE HOUR TO CLEAN 4 ROOMS AND A HALL WAY????? IT SEEMS LIKE IT WAS TO FAST!!!! THANK YOU ALSO SOME SPOTS IN OTHER ROOMS WERE VERY WET!!!
