We had a wonderful experience with our technician. He was polite, knowledgeable, and left our rugs/couch in beautiful condition. I was so impressed by his communication- letting us know what to expect in terms of sounds (due to young children in the room) as well as drying time, etc. Overall, I would use Zerorez again and recommend to others. Our items are clean and fresh and we were so pleased with our technician.
My technician was very kind, taking time to make my three dogs comfortable with him before getting started. The process was fast, effecient and the furniture and area rugs looked great and fresh when he was finished. We will have your company back again.

Nick Powell did a fantastic job cleaning all the carpets thoroughly. All the stains are gone. We like what Zerorez stands for and that it’s not toxic for our pet. Nick was careful and caring on how he cleaned and in the spaces he was in where our cat was. Great value and great service.
Terrible smell for days after cleaning. Traffic area stains came back less than a week later just like regular carpet cleaning. I see no difference in your cleaning than Stanley Steamer. The only difference is the price. I am extremely disappointed. I can do the same with a rented machine.

Really nothing. The servicemen who came to our home were both friendly and knowledgeable. They did the job quickly with a minimum of mess. this is my first experience with Zerorez, so I cannot give a 10 rating until I see if this method results in our carpets staying cleaner longer.

Just want you to know that the truck used leaked oil in our driveway.
No perfumes no chemicals prevents headaches. Responses and replies through customer service representatives on email and text communication adequate! Technician leaves no damage to my furniture and walls. Attractive van carries equipment with hot alkaline water. I will request the same service technician again as he was friendly, respectful, careful in my home and focused on the task.
