A great way to introduce golf to kids.
The league was fun, competitive, and my daughter learned a lot from her coaches.
That the kids are able to play against other kids around their same age and skill set without parents getting involved.
However, we did see a couple kids whose parents didn’t know golf etiquette. Their kids were rolling around in the bunkers (which other parents had to rake) or distracting the kid who was at the tee box.

Our son had taken an interest in golf simply because his dad and I really like it as a hobby. He wanted to try a new sport moving to Texas from Canada so he thought he would give golf a try. We had him in academy lessons to learn the basics properly ultimately making the sport more enjoyable. He always liked these lessons, but it was joining the PGA Jrs that lit the total spark for the sport. He absolutely fell in love with the game itself. Since joining PGA Jrs golf has become such an important and special family event each week. Joining this league introduced the whole game, how to strategize, how to work as a team and cheer each shot and player on, how to push yourself, and grow each swing. We absolutely love PGA Jrs and cant speak highly enough about it.
Overall this was a great program for my daughter.
She got on course experience, coaching, healthy competition, had a lot of fun, built relationships, and got to play some really nice courses for a very reasonable price.
I would recommend that any young golfer participate in the league.
Coach Matt is great with meeting the kids where they are with their experience levels, providing instruction on technique and encouraging their progress.

The Pro's were patient, kind, and excited! They were all ways present, and all ways encouraging. They did a great job setting up drills so kids weren't standing around. It is a great value, a great way to get kids into the sport, and very affordable compared to other sports.
It is a good way for kids to further their golf game while learning to work as a team. It fosters competition and team work through a positive environment.
Everything. The courses played, Harry and Drew (St. Davids Golf Club) for coordinating and running it for the kids, and the competition. Great for kids to learning sportsmanship at such a young age.

It was such a great opportunity for my young son to learn about golf and practice his skills. It taught him that it's more than just going out and swinging at the golf ball.

The teamwork aspect and making golf fun. Individual stroke play tournaments at the youth level can be frustrating and tough for some kids especially as kids are just starting to play golf, but PGA Jr League takes a different approach and makes it fun, and allows kids to pick each other up with the format.
It is a great experience that offers young golfers a fun supportive opportunity to grow their golf skills. The staff are super encouraging and do a great job.

Junior golf is the future of our club. The community that our MVCC PGA Jr. League has created for our family has been amazing. We're really lucky to have a great junior golf program through Perfect Circle at our club. I talk with friends at other clubs, they know of our program and it's very well respected. Blake, Tara and Dan are award winning coaches and golfers and they've made a huge impact on our son who's been in the program for a few years now. I'm really glad to have a program like this in our neighborhood and club.
