It really helps kids understand and learn the game. The coach is awesome, the players and parents have been great!
I like that the kids got a chance to get out on a real course and play multiple weeks in a row.
The attention and the confidence that all the kids are given no matter their skill level
We LOVED the program. My son was the youngest on our team but the format allowed him to be relaxed and there was never pressure. It really maximized the amount of fun he could have at his age. Danny was so great with him and helped keep things simple but also gave him ways to improve his swing. He loved all the fun putting and chipping games they got to play at practice. The older boys in his group were so great at making him feel welcome and also at helping him learn the proper way to do things. I couldnt recommend this league enough!

Team play
Chris Ardolina does an awesome job as coach and like that kids get to experience all the other courses. Best ball format works very well at that age. Takes pressure off - brings out team work/dynamics where kids rely on one another. Thank you.
The coach was amazing
The program was ran very well by Anthony Thierren at Brookhaven Golf Course in NY. He is a wonderful coach and director. He made playing golf fun and enjoyable and provided great instruction for the participants.
I love that my boys look forward to going every week. The team atmosphere.

What I appreciate most about the PGA Jr. League is the opportunity it provides for growth and leadership. Being part of such a supportive environment allows kids to thrive while developing essential life skills that are the foundation of success.
A fantastic way to transition our boys into competitive golf.
The Acushnet River Valley coach and team are awesome. They are inclusive, supportive, encouraging, regardless of cognitive and physical developmental level and ability.
The philosophy and mission of the PGA Jr. League aligns with my personal values regarding learning and engaging in team sports for children, and sold me on the program for my child.
The opportunity to meet and compete agains young golfer from around the region was an added bonus.
My son had fun and learned a lot about the game. Will be back
The coaches care, and it’s a great opportunity for young kids to learn about the game.
I like how the league is split into some practice sessions and actual matches. Coach Don knows every kids' name too!
Building great swing and life fundamentals, adding some light and friendly competition, integrated right into our country club, good late spring / early summer activity (wish there was more “bridge” activity opportunities offered during fall/winter).
Watching my son improve and grow in golf.
We loved the overall program, coaches and how matches were organized. We are hoping to keep our kids involved for years to come.
The professional mentorship it provides kids from peers, mentors, and staff.
That it gives kids of all ages and abilities the opportunity to learn the game of golf.
I feel the program was well organized and a positive environment. The main focus seemed to be helping all players enjoy the game of golf.
Coach Peggy at Windermere is the best!!! The program does a great job of teaching the game and improving skills.
Great environment for encouraging kids to get interested in golf. Coaching was great. Awesome experience.
Coach Jeff Allen and his team run a great program for the kids, where they learn to play and love golf in a fun environment. The kids develop social and life skills in the process. Competitions are encouraging, and the entire experience is positive for the kids. Great job, Jeff!
A good reason to get the kids out golfing. Easy, relaxed format with the 2-man scramble. Not much pressure. Good practice.

Great opportunity to introduce kids to competition style golf. The two man scramble format allows for the occasional misfit not to ruin a round.
