We love being able to go play other area courses and the team format. It's a great opportunity for beginners to get their start and the older kids to get a taste of competition ahead of playing in high school.
Golf is typically an individual sport. The junior PGA league helps my son, who loves golf more than anything, learn both how to compete individually, but also to work as a team. It also gets him get together with more people that share his passion and love of golf that all help each other out to become the best that they can be. The junior PGA league has not only helped improve his game, but helped him to make friends and helped him with his confidence both on and off the course.
It's a wonderfully run two days. Smooth and timely. Kids are treated great! Lyman does a great job hosting and makes all the families feel welcome. Tim as always is approachable as is his staff. A+
I love the hands on experience my daughter received and the fun atmosphere.
It was a great program I wish there were more weeks of competition for the cost. It would be nice to have more distance on the longer holes.

My son, Ryan is 15, has moved to the PGA Junior Tour, tournaments and now has made his Varsity Golf - freshman year and sophomore year.
My daughter, First name removed is 13 and this summer played in the PGA Jr League at Indian Hill CC. She has enjoyed the less stressful competition play and making new friends- even from other towns!

Small group size and hands on coaching. Maybe dividing the age groups more would benefit the younger kids.
Great staff and experience for the kiddo. The program is amazing and having the kiddo move from first tee for 1.5 yrs to actually playing with kids on a full size golf course is amazing!

Love the kids get to play courses they normally dont have access to. In a low pressure environment focused on fun and enjoying the game of golf.
My boys two coaches, Kyle and Hannah, were so great with them. Hannah especially, really connected with the younger ones.
The polos are high quality too.

It allows the kids to figure out strategy amongst themselves and really learn by doing. They aren’t guided every step of the way. The coaches are there to help with any extenuating circumstances but for the most part, they are allowed to learn and grow on their own.

My Grandson had a great time
I love the encouraging environment beginning golfers experience when participating in the PGA Jr. league. They have the opportunity to explore their physical abilities as well as challenge their mental and emotional boundaries as well. Golf can be a lifelong sport and this league starts young golfers off the right way.
I think the coaches did a great job of trying to make the game fun for the kids.
The instruction consisted of more one-on-one time, and the weekly course time provided the opportunity to apply what they learned.
