I like the change up. Golf is looked at as an individual sport. And to have this type of event for the kids brings that team environment into it. Seeing the kids interaction on the course is nice. The kids knowing they have a teammate to battle it out with lessens the stress level and brings the fun back. Which is why the kids play the game in the first place - it’s FUN.
I love the confidence my son has gained from PGA Junior League. The time he spends with the pros learning the basics of the game is awesome. He won’t listen to me on the course. But he will take advice and technical direction from them, so that’s been great.
My child had an amazing time. He was new to golf and the coaches took the time to help him learn. By the last game he was hooked.
