Exposing kids to a lifetime sport
Perfect program for young kids growing in their golf game.
Organization and coaching was excellent
Coaches Cameron and John were outstanding! Coach Cameron does an excellent job of fostering an incredible environment where even the least experienced child can thrive and enjoy the experience of learning to golf.
Low pressure, fun, great golf instruction (swing or on course).
This league gave my son so much confidence in his golf game. We can’t thank John enough for everything he did for First name removed this year. We will be back next year and maybe with another child
Everything. Meeting new kids every season, watching my previous kids show progression, watching all the kids grow. It is an enjoyable experience every class with them. Some kids come and some kids go, but it is a neverending growth for myself as an instructor to guide them while they are here.
It allows young kids the opportunity to learn and play golf on a course that they would not or have a hard time playing on. They receive instructions from a PGA Pro. and meet other young golfers. There is nothing negative about the PGA Jr. League.
I love how it introduces young players to golf and compilation.
I think what you are doing to help youngsters learn the game and help them feel comfortable golfing is key! My daughter was one of the older golfers, which is ok, but I’m sure she would have liked to see older kids. I am also grateful because we are not members of your club but it was offered to the public which I appreciated. The uniforms made it fun and so professional and it was great having the lessons and the games. I am sorry my daughter had to miss some of the end practices and meets, but she really enjoyed learning and practicing golfing. You have an awesome staff, friendly guests and beautiful course. Thank you to everyone!
I feel it is very organized and the kids have a great time.
Its great for the kids and Henry did a great job!
Coach Rich Setter at Hog Neck in Easton MD is amazing!
Great golf experience for kids
Well organized, and the organizers care about the players improving their game
Love that it's available and caters to all levels of jr. golfers, from 1st timers to kids who have been playing most of their young life. There's something for all to learn and get better. Love the scramble format. Allows for kids to get comfortable competing without having the pressure of making every shot on their own.
I like the fact that my son was able to play matches and learned some fundamentals about being out on the golf course without the pressure. The kids were there to have fun, and the coaches were phenomenal. Highly recommend to everyone who has a child interested in golf.
Being able to play consistently twice a week
Our coach was the best. Tim was there anytime we needed anything. He's a great coach.
I like giving my daughter the opportunity to play golf
It has been a great opportunity for my son to engage with others in golf and become part of a team!
The coach is great. My son loves the team and getting a uniform.
Fun atmosphere which lets kids enjoy the game without stress.
We liked that he could play at other courses
We love that the PGA Jr League coaches at Hermitage Golf Course have a variety of approaches to working with each kid. It is a not a one-size-fits all teaching style, even though they are working with large groups. We love that even though golf is an individual sport, PGA Jr League has found a way to make it a team-building experience. We feel well supported and our son has progressed so much from his time there.
Gets young kids into golf.
Gives the kiddos basics to start playing.
The swag bags were so cool, my nephew loves the shirts.
Good combination of instruction and friendly competition.
The ability for all levels to play together and learn the game in a relaxed and less pressured environment. Plus, you then have the opportunity for the more competitive all-star season for the more elite players ready to experience some higher level competition.
It’s a great introduction to golf

We love that it is a fun way for kids to get out and learn the sport. Coaches are encouraging and keep things positive. It's social and great exposure for our kiddos.
