THE DELIVERY CAME EARLIER THAN ANTICIPATED BUT IT TOOK FOREVER TO CONTACT ANYONE AT THE OFFICE..I WAS ON HOLD A WHOLE DAY AND A HALF BEFORE ANYONE WAS ABLE TO TALK TO ME. YOU NEED MANY MANY MORE AGENTS TO TAKE CALLS

The prices for Propane and Oil are very competitive. It's why I won't go anywhere else. I've been with them since buying our home in 2014, and I've been happy with them since. I highly recommend Rymes to anyone in search of a company that will take care of them!!

But when you call, it’s hard to get a hold of somebody you end up being on hold for a long time
This just the start of the year but I did not have to call for a fill up because I ran out. Last year I was allowed to run out of propane on more than one occasion. So this year we are starting out better then last year.
Your delivery folks are always very kind and personable. I checked the fuel level and made a mental note to call for a delivery, but didn’t have to call because the next day propane was delivered. Your company does a great job timing when we need a delivery. Thank you!

I enjoy the ease of placing my order online, 24/7. I receive a confirmation email and I’m reassured that my order has been received. My deliveries are generally 1-3 days, even though the website states that the wait could be longer.

I've been a Rymes customer for a few years now. I know this is a busy time of year and the Milford, NH location is short-staffed, but I was surprised it took 2 hours to get a callback when I tried to speak with someone. However, the woman (Amy?) that called me back was lovely and super helpful so it made it worth the wait. I had requested a delivery the week prior due to our tank being 20% at that time and was told that a delivery ticket was printed at that point. No delivery had happened though, and our tank was reaching an uncomfortable number (for me). Due to medical circumstances, I asked for a note to be added to our account so that deliveries would be more frequent, and I was happy that they were able to accommodate that. Amy even made a same-day delivery happen for me, which was very appreciated. And the delivery guy, Armand, was so great. I continue to be very happy with Rymes overall, but I think this new system that was implemented that supposedly monitors the tanks more closely (and therefore spreads out deliveries) is total crap. I am not comfortable with my tank going to 10% before I get a delivery, especially with the unpredictable nature of New England winters.
