Great service

I have purchased three vehicles from Don Franklin Hyundai in Lexington, a 2016 Accent, new 2020 Tucson, and a new 2023 Tucson- all from Chad Givens. Every purchase, I have told Chad my budget and he has given me a list of vehicles to choose from, especially ones that he thinks I will like the most. The 2023 Tucson purchase was an easy choice, with Chad and David Sharpe both working to go over all of the new equipment that came with it, and getting my Hyundai Blue Link account set up. The paperwork went faster than I thought it would and I have loved every minute with my new vehicle.

I appreciate how quickly my car was serviced. I was ready to wait but was in and out in under an hour for routine maintenance of my G70. I also appreciate being asked if I wanted my car washed as I am particular about how I handle my finish.

I appreciate Ty Cobb as my salesman. The service department is on time just as you are scheduled. The Hyundai brand has come a long way and as long as the dependability has improved as much as the aesthetics, they are poised to overtake the competition.

I did have a minor issue with my last oil change. The technician left oil residue on top of my engine and a push pin is missing from the brush guard drain plug cover. I was under the vehicle before and after my appointment so I know without a doubt. Also i should mention that I washed my engine area the week before and it is otherwise spotless. My intent is for my new Santa Cruz to always look like a new Santa Cruz. He should treat it as such. But everyone makes mistakes so we’ll see what the future brings. Still a 10 in my book.
