The staff is always professional and courteous. I can't speak to all the costs of service but the oil change cost is very competitive. I prefer to have the folks that I bough the car from to also service it.

I worked with Daryl and purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon, which unfortunately ended up having some serious issues that all of us were unaware of. Daryl was prompt about responsing to my calls and texts, and getting the vehicle back into the service department. He provided me with a different vehicle to drive temporarily while mine was being worked on. Unfortunately, it was an issue that wasn't able to be fixed. So Daryl and Zack worked with me to make it possible to trade the Tuscon back in and pay off the loan. I ended up driving away with a 2024 Hyundai Elantra.
It was frustrating to have such a bad experience with the first vehicle, but those guys made it right, and were there with me to help every step of the way until I ended up with something reliable.
Overall, I had a great experience at Don Franklin, and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
