I come to your dealership for my required maintenance. I have been satisfied with the service and time that it takes to get service completed. The new waiting room is awesome, spacious and clean. The free water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks are an awesome touch.

I always have had to show my warranty, otherwise I would have been charged for the service. I showed the service department my warranty, but still had problems, getting it approved. I had to call the finance office and they spoke to the Service supervisor, then the approval was clarified. This has happened twice. I bought the warranty package from the Hyundai dealership. The service dept. should have the same warranty description as the finance office, but apparently they don’t.

I purchased a Genesis GV80 from Carter Wilkinson at the Genesis dealership. Carter was more than patient and very helpful in the several weeks I was looking. What I liked best about Carter was the fact that he was patient and helpful throughout the dealings. He sometimes made suggestions that I had not thought of that helped me finalize my decision. Another thing about Carter, he was not just trying to “sell me a car”. His patience and perseverance with me while I was deciding was what actually sold me on the Genesis that I eventually purchased but also sold me on himself. All throughout our dealings, he never showed any frustration as I was deciding on the right vehicle.
As far as services, that is yet to be decided as I have had no reason for services.
