When we bought the Pathfinder, we were never pressured and were treated nicely. Your representative brought the vehicle to our house two and a half hours away, letting us sign all the paperwork on our front porch. Then yesterday I brought it back for service and the young men in the service department were extremely helpful and polite.

The always do an outstanding. In addition, they leave the inside of my car clean as it was when I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. The price for the service was also fair and done the right way. This is the only plays that I take my 2021 and 2022 Ram for any kind of maintenance. It’s because I trust them and with me that goes a long way.
Between Micheal, Dawson, and Byron, we had an amazing experience at Don Franklin Nissan(the other employees were also very kind these are just who we dealt with the most). Before purchasing from them, we had tried another dealership that told us nobody would be able to do anything for us because of how far upside down I was in my previous vehicle.
