I visited Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset, KY on Black Friday. My first impression was the dealership was immaculately clean. Doug Honeycutt approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. He was very well mannered and cordial. As a rule, I am not very trusting of car salesman. I was a woman alone interested in buying a car. At no point in the entire time I was there did I feel uncomfortable. I test drove a 2023 Nissan Rogue and fell in love with it.
Doug was very knowledgable regarding the paperwork needed to complete the transaction. He answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this dealership for their professional conduct and competence.
