Are experience was with CDJRF and we worked with Robin Jones. I went in only looking with no intentions of buying. I own a Jeep Wrangler 4 door and was inquiring about one with a bigger engine. Well a Dodge Durango R/T Plus Blackout caught my eye but I knew with my fast & loud condition that I shouldn’t test drive it. However, I told my husband about it, did a drive by of the lot and my husband wanted to look, well…we test drove, and left with it 2 hours later. I love my car and never once were we made to feel pressured. The process was without incident and I would definitely purchase from a Don Franklin dealership again.

I’ve never owned a Nissan before. I was acceptable as I prefer trucks. I purchased a Pathfinder that is large and roomy like a truck but maneuvers like a SUV/Crossover. The staff were terrific and went above and beyond showing my husband and I options and gave detailed answers to our questions. The best part besides driving our new vehicle home, the whole purchase process didn’t take the whole day doing paperwork! We were in and out in 2-1/2hours.

I was very impressed with the salesman who sold me the KIA Sorento, Nate Brock. My husband of 44 years always purchased our cars. He passed away three years ago and I always dreaded the time that would come when I had to do this without him. I told Nate exactly what I was looking for and he immediately pulled up the vehicle that I did buy. He was patient and not a bit pushy which I appreciated. I have already told some of my clients about my experience there. Everyone at Don Franklin Automotive was kind and helpful.
