Robin Jones is the nicest and easiest salesperson with whom I have ever spoken. I detest car lots and the “pressure sales” tactics I am accustomed to dealing. Robin has changed that! My cousin has bought several vehicles from Don Franklin in Somerset, and advised me to check them out, and I am happy I did so. I was treated well, given something to drink, and all my questions and concerns were answered quickly.
