We’ve owned 3 Grand Cherokees and several other Dodge vehicles. Don Franklin Auto sold me our 2022 Jeep and purchased my 2018 Challenger for a fair price. My first experience with the service department was perfect— oil and filter change, tire rotation and general “checkup” all completed within an hour. The service people are very friendly and professional. Waiting area is comfortable and clean.

Lots of options available on the lot and other locations. All sales associates were very friendly, Kristian Gleason was exceptionally helpful finding the right vehicle for us and handling it when we were indecisive. No pressure from him and he gave us ample time to discuss vehicles and financial situations privately. When there was another vehicle in a different location Kristian went to work to find it and made arrangements to try to get it there for us. Several associates stayed later than closing to help finish our transaction.
