Fair prices , straightforward staff
After going to multiple other dealerships prior and receiving horrible service, I decided to drive out of my way and try this dealership. As soon as I arrived, I was met with excellent customer service. The service advisors greeted me and they were friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on the work being done and when my vehicle was done they apologized for the long wait. I don’t think I ever spent less than 2 hours waiting for an oil change, but here I was in and out in less than an hour even with additional work being done. The cashier was friendly and provided great service as well. Overall, this was the best experience I have had so far with my car and it’s all because of great customer service.
