We dropped off our Cadillac and Tim made sure it was taken care of for us at the Campbellsville place. Tim helped us use our service warranty to pay for a new thermostat. The sales guy (John Marcos) was very good and stepped outside the range of what I was looking at and suggwsted something because he listened and picked up on what I was looking for. He was down to earth, not pushy and overall just a sweet kid. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership were wonderful too. You can tell they really want to do what it takes to make their customers happy.
